How to buy art…
Having proudly sold paintings to collectors in every state in Australia - plus Europe, the USA, New Zealand, and Hong Kong - you’ve come to the right place to find the perfect painting to suit your wall or budget. Here are Kerry’s top tips to help you find your perfect piece…
1) Buy what you LOVE. The golden rule of art collecting. Art is subjective, so go with your gut - what speaks to you - and you can’t go wrong. Even the world’s most experienced art investors will only buy artwork they love.
2) Filter and refine. To buy art online you first must be able to picture it. Search through the artworks noting colour and sizes and look at the insitu images to be able to imagine your artwork in your home.
Still not sure? Send Kerry an image of the space in your home you’d like to hang the work, plus exact measurements of the space, and Kerry can send you your image with the artwork in place.
Found something you like but it’s too big/too small/not quite the right colour? Consider commissioning a piece to suit. Kerry works closely with her commission clients to create paintings that her clients love!
3) Not quite ready to buy yet? Sign up for Kerry’s newsletter. Doing this has the benefit of sending you a handy email when a new painting is uploaded. You’ll have first dibs on the new work and can revisit your other favourites.
4) Pay on your terms. Buying art need not be expensive. Kerry has a range of artworks for sale, and can even organise museum-grade limited edition prints to suit your budget. To help you purchase a painting you may have fallen for, and manage your cash flow to suit your life, Kerry offers a range of flexible payment options including Afterpay, and even a Personalised Layby plan.
