I work from found and created photographs and this image caught my attention with the stillness and almost a pause in body movement while everything is moving around her. A look of waiting for the right time to move perhaps? To me this painting speaks of patience. 
When looking for a backdrop to best display this piece it looked amazing and could honestly fit almost every possible scene so long as it could physically fit!  
In this painting I've used high quality artist acrylics and mediums. As with most of my paintings I personally mount it on an "inbuilt" frame and then paint the painting as the frame and board as one unit. Please note I am not a carpenter - I am an Artist - and I would suggest that you discuss the framing with your preferred framer to ascertain their recommendations on the piece. As this is a semi-large piece I recommend hanging it directly from the two D rings that I supply on the back of the painting, not from a wire. I recommend 2 hooks holding the painting directly to the wall, not from a single wire.
